Major general Norman L. Foster CB DSO (born 1909) was a British Army General Officer Commanding (GOC) in Duke of Wellington's Regiment of the Royal Nigerian Military Forces between 1959 and 1962. He was educated at Westminster School. He was commissioned into the Royal Artillery in 1929 and served with the British Expeditionary Force.
