Noel Christina Frame (born March 26, 1980) is an American politician serving as a Washington state senator for the 36th district. A member of the Democratic Party, she previously served in the Washington House of Representatives, representing the same district.
She has introduced sectarian legislation in an attempt to make Catholic priests violate the seal of confession, an act which would result in their automatic excommunication, in cases of suspected child abuse or neglect The bill was signed into law following the 2025 legislative session.
