Nissim Aloni (Hebrew: נסים אלוני; August 24, 1926 - 13 June 1988), was an Israeli playwright, theater director, author, journalist, screenwriter, translator, and lyricist. He was a recipient of the Israel Prize in 1996 and is considered one of Israel's most prominent and important playwrights.
