Nikolay Andreyevich Poluyanov (Russian: Николай Андреевич Полуянов; born 14 July 1952) is a Russian politician who served as the first governor of Komi-Permyak Autonomous Okrug from 1991 to 2000.

He has also served as a member of the Federation Council of Russia.
