Nikolay Milkov (philosopher)

Nikolay Milkov (Bulgarian Николай Милков; born October 20, 1953, Varna, Bulgaria) is a German-Bulgarian philosopher and professor (außerplanmäßiger Professor) at the Paderborn University.
