Nikolai Ilyich Belyaev (Russian: Николай Ильич Беляев; 19 January (1 February) 1903 – 28 October 1966) was a Soviet politician. Between 1955 and 1958, he was a Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union.
