Naujan (Filipino pronunciation: [naʔuˈhan]), officially the Municipality of Naujan (Tagalog: Bayan ng Naujan), is a municipality in the province of Oriental Mindoro, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 109,122 people.

It is famous for the fifth largest lake in the Philippines the Naujan Lake.
