The National Olympic Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyz: Кыргызстан улуттук олимпиада комитети), (also referred to as the Kyrgyzstan) is an organization representing Kyrgyzstan in the international Olympic movement. It was recognized by the International Olympic Committee in 1992.

It is headquartered in Bishkek. The National Olympic Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic is a member of the International Olympic Committee, the Olympic Council of Asia and other international sports organizations.
