Nasser al-Din al-Shaer (Arabic: ناصر الدين الشاعر; born 9 December 1961) is a Palestinian politician and academic. He served as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Palestinian National Authority and the Minister of Education and Higher Education as a member of Hamas from 2006 to 2007. After the Hamas takeover of the Gaza Strip, all Hamas ministers in the PNA government were dismissed, including al-Shaer.
