Nadav Shoval (Hebrew: נדב שובל; born 1990) is an Israeli-American entrepreneur, investor, and technology executive. He is the founder of OpenWeb and FlowMode, and a co-founder of Project Omega. Shoval currently serves as chief executive officer of FlowMode, a board member of Project Omega, and a senior advisor to OpenWeb. In 2012, he founded OpenWeb, a U.S.-based software company that works with online publishers and advertisers. He served as its CEO from 2015 to 2024. In 2017, he was included in Forbes Israel's "30 Under 30" list.
