Nucleolar protein 3 is an apoptosis-repressing protein encoded by the NOL3 gene in humans.

The NOL3 gene, located on chromosome 16, encodes proteins that inhibit apoptosis, most notably the apoptosis repressor with caspase recruitment domain (ARC), which is synonymous with the NOL3 protein. It also produces a nucleolar insoform of the protein.
