The Murray State Racers football team represents Murray State University in the sport of American football. The Racers compete in the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I and the Missouri Valley Football Conference (MVFC).
Murray State left the OVC in July 2022 to join the non-football Missouri Valley Conference, but remained in OVC football for the 2022 season before joining the MVFC in 2023.
