Murmu

Murmu is a surname indicating a particular clan (paris) of the Santals found in India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Bhutan. The Kol tribe also bears the surname Murmu. The tribe resides in Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha, and other states.
