Monmouth Mall, originally known as Monmouth Shopping Center, is an enclosed split level shopping center (being transitioned to open-air center) in Eatontown, New Jersey located on the corner of the intersection of Route 35, Route 36, and Wyckoff Road (CR 547). It is owned by Kushner Companies and managed by Westminster Management. Before the redevelopment, the mall had a gross leasable area of 1,500,000 sq ft (140,000 m2), it is the sixth largest shopping mall in New Jersey.
The mall is located near the Garden State Parkway at exit 105 and Route 18 at exit 13B near the former location of the Eatontown Circle. As of July 2024, Monmouth Mall is in the process of being converted into an open air retail complex that will feature retail, office, and residential units. As of February 2025, its anchors are Boscov's and Macy's.
