Molly Kearney (/ˈkɑːrni/; born May 2, 1992) is an American stand-up comedian and actor. In 2022, Kearney was hired to join the cast of the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live as a featured player for the show's 48th season, making their debut alongside Marcello Hernández, Michael Longfellow, and Devon Walker. Kearney left the show in 2024 after its 49th season.

Kearney uses they/them pronouns.
