Mokriyan-e Shomali Rural District (Persian: دهستان مكريان شمالي) is in the Central District of Miandoab County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Hajji Hasan. The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Talkhab.
