Mohammad Javed Patwary is a Bangladeshi retired police officer and a former Inspector General of Police of Bangladesh Police . Earlier, he served as Additional Inspector General of Police Special Branch (SB). After his retirement in 2020, he was appointed the ambassador to Saudi Arabia by the Government of Bangladesh.
