Miss Trans México (Spanish: Miss Trans Nacional México) is a Mexican beauty pageant exclusively for transgender individuals, which has taken place annually since 2015. The goal of the contest is to promote trans and LGBT rights and equality and improve the overall quality of life for transgender persons, in Mexico.
