The Miss South Carolina’s Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of South Carolina in the Miss America's Teen pageant. Miss South Carolina’s Teen pageant is held the same week as Miss South Carolina, usually occurring during the last weekend in June at the Township Auditorium in Columbia, South Carolina.

Tess Ferm of Charleston was crowned Miss South Carolina Teen on June 27, 2025, at the Township Auditorium in Columbia, South Carolina. Tess won the title of Miss America’s Teen on September 6, 2025, being the third teen from South Carolina to win the national title.

LilyKate Barbare of Greer was named the new Miss South Carolina's Teen 2025 on September 18, 2025, succeeding Ferm.
