Founded by Pierre-Antoine Capton and Jeremy Zag on May 13, 2024, through a joint venture by the European production company Mediawan and French animation company ZAG Entertainment hold a 60% and 40% stake in the company respectively.
The company consists of the popular Miraculous franchise which includes Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir, and the label The Awakening Production, which was founded a few years prior and produced Ladybug & Cat Noir: The Movie.
