Milaor, officially the Municipality of Milaor (Central Bikol: Banwaan kan Milaor; Tagalog: Bayan ng Milaor), is a municipality in the province of Camarines Sur, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 33,680 people.
It is known as a religious town and serves as the gateway to the Maharlika Highway near Naga City. It has notable churches that draw both local and foreign visitors.
