Michael Ted Levin (/ˈlɛvɪn/ LEH-vin; born October 20, 1978) is an American politician and attorney who serves as the U.S. representative for California's 49th congressional district since 2019. He is a member of the Democratic Party and represents most of San Diego's North County, as well as part of southern Orange County.
