Michael John Rigas (born 1971 or 1972) is an American government official. He currently serves as the acting CEO of the United States Agency for Global Media, and as the Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources, previously serving as the Acting Director of General Services, Acting Director of the Office of Personnel Management, and Deputy Director of the Office of Personnel Management.
