The Meziměstí–Ścinawka Średnia railway (Czech: Železniční trať Meziměstí–Otovice zastávka–Ścinawka Średnia; German until 1945: Halbstadt–Mittelsteine) is a historical cross-border railway line linking Meziměstí in the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic with Ścinawka Średnia in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship of Poland. The line was opened in stages between 1875 and 1889. Today, regular passenger traffic survives only on the eastern Czech section between Meziměstí and Broumov.
The route forms part of the historic network of railways that connected the Broumov region with Lower Silesia and the industrial districts around Wałbrzych. In the nineteenth century it created a direct rail link between the Austrian and Prussian systems, joining the Choceň–Meziměstí railway at Meziměstí and the Wałbrzych–Kłodzko railway at Ścinawka Średnia.
