Mizizios or Mezezius (Greek: Μιζίζιος; Armenian: Մժէժ, romanized: Mžēž or Mzhezh) was an Armenian noble who served as a general of Byzantium, later usurping the Byzantine throne in Sicily from 668 to 669.
