The Metallurgichesky constituency (No.190) is a Russian legislative constituency in Chelyabinsk Oblast. The constituency covers northern and eastern Chelyabinsk as well as northern Chelyabinsk Oblast, including the towns Ozyorsk, Snezhinsk, Kyshtym and Verkhny Ufaley.
The constituency has been represented since 2016 by United Russia deputy Vladimir Burmatov, three-term State Duma member and community activist.
