Dame Menna Frances Rawlings DCMG CVO (née Hornung; born 16 September 1967) is a British diplomat who served as British Ambassador to France between August 2021 and July 2025. Previously British High Commissioner to Australia from 2015 to 2019, she then served as Director General of Economic and Global Issues at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office from 2019 to 2020.
