Melissa Ann Holyoak (born October 6, 1976) is an American lawyer serving as the interim United States Attorney for the District of Utah. She served as a commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) from 2024 to 2025 and as the solicitor general of Utah from 2020 to 2024. She is a member of the Republican Party.
