Meg O'Neill (Marguerite Eileen O'Neill; born 1970 or 1971) is an American business executive and the current chief executive officer (CEO) and managing director of Woodside Energy, Australia's largest oil and gas company.

She has been appointed CEO of BP from April 2026.
