Medipally Sathyam (born 5 June 1980) is an Indian politician in the state of Telangana. In the 2023 general election he was elected as MLA representing Indian National Congress from Choppadandi constituency in Telangana. He lost the 2014 election on a TDP ticket and the 2018 polls on a Congress ticket.

Medipally Sathyam Was appointed as Karimnagar District Congress Committee (DCC) President on 22 November 2025.
