Matthew Richard Bell (born 31 March 1990) is a British racing driver who last competed for EuroInternational in the LMP3 class of the European Le Mans Series.

Bell also represented Great Britain in the 2010 ISSF World Shooting Championships, finishing 13th in the Double Trap Men Junior Individual competition.
