Matsudaira Kiyoyasu (松平 清康; 28 September 1511 – 29 November 1535) was the 7th lord over the Matsudaira clan during the Sengoku period (16th century) of Japan. Kiyoyasu was the paternal grandfather of the third "great unifier of Japan", Tokugawa Ieyasu.
