Mata ul-Mulk
Colonel Mata-ul-Mulk (Urdu: متاع الملک; 10 February 1918 – 8 February 2002) was a member of the royal dynasty of Chitral. He played an important role in leading campaigns in Baltistan during the First Kashmir War, most notably in the siege and capture of Skardu on 14 August 1948, for which he is also known as Fatih-e-Skardu (conqueror of Skardu).
