Marvin Johnson (born April 12, 1954) is an American former professional boxer who competed from 1973 to 1987. He is a 3-time light heavyweight champion having held the World Boxing Council (WBC) light heavyweight title from 1978 to 1979, and the World Boxing Association (WBA) light heavyweight title twice between 1979 to 1987. As an amateur, Johnson fought in the 1972 Olympics in Munich, winning a bronze medal at middleweight. He was inducted into the World Boxing Hall of Fame in 2008.
