Martin James Guptill MNZM (born 30 September 1986) is a New Zealand cricketer who played for New Zealand as an opening batsman in all formats of the game. Guptill is the first cricketer from New Zealand and the fifth overall to have scored a double century in a One Day International match and holds the current record for the highest individual score in a Cricket World Cup match and the second highest score in One Day Internationals of 237 not out. In March 2021, Guptill played in his 100th Twenty20 International match. He was part of the New Zealand squads to finish as runners-up in two Cricket World Cup finals in 2015 and 2019.

In January 2025 Guptill confirmed his retirement from international cricket, having last played for New Zealand in October 2022.
