Carlos Martín Arrau García-Huidobro (born 6 March 1979) is a Chilean industrial civil engineer and politician.
He served as the first Intendant of the Ñuble Region between 2018 and 2020 and was elected as a member of the Chilean Constitutional Convention in 2021, representing the 19th District of the Ñuble Region.
