Markiyan Romanovych Lubkivsky (Ukrainian: Маркіян Романович Лубківський; born 2 September 1971) is a Ukrainian diplomat and politician. He was spokesperson of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine from 2003 to 2005. He has worked as a diplomat in the Republic of Croatia and Yugoslavia.
