Marian Cucchiaroni Mihail (Romanian pronunciation: [maˈrian ˈkuk:iaˈro:ni miˈhajl]; born 7 May 1958) is a Romanian professional football manager and former player who is the head coach of Super League club PSBS Biak. An attack-minded right-back, Mihail spent almost his entire 17-year professional career in the top flight of Romanian football (SuperLiga), with Sportul Studentesc Bucharest. He also represented Romania internationally at both under-21 and under-23 levels before earning his five senior caps. After retiring, Mihail moved into professional coaching and technical management, working for top league clubs in Romania, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines. He also served as National Technical Director (NTD) of the Romania Football Federation (FRF) from 2011 to 2014.
