Manuel Lobo Antunes ComIH GCIH ComM (born 27 June 1958) is a Portuguese lawyer and diplomat. He was Portugal's Ambassador in London from 2016 to 2022. He is currently Portugal's Permanent Representative to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
