Manuel Jose Fernandez (born July 3, 1946) is an American former professional football player who was a defensive lineman for eight seasons with the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Utah Utes. He played in three consecutive Super Bowls for the Dolphins in the 1971, 1972, and 1973 seasons.
