The Manchester, Bury and Rossendale Railway, opened in 1846, ran between Clifton, Bury and Rossendale in Lancashire, England. The company merged with the Blackburn, Burnley, Accrington and Colne Extension Railway (BBA&CER) to form the East Lancashire Railway.
