Mallojula Venugopal Rao, commonly known by his nom de guerre Abhay (meaning "fearless"), Bhupati, Sonu is a Politburo and Central Military Commission member and Spokesperson of the Communist Party of India (Maoist), a banned Maoist insurgent communist party in India. He surrendered on October 14, 2025 at the Gadchiroli police headquarters in Maharashtra.[1]
