Makenzie Lystrup (born c. 1977) is an American planetary scientist and Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science and of SPIE, best known as a prominent voice in civil space projects and science policy. Lystrup was the 14th the director of the Goddard Space Flight Center. She has previously served as the vice president and general manager for civil space at Ball Aerospace.
