Makan Delrahim (/ˈmeɪkən ˌdɛlrəˈhiːm/; born November 2, 1969) is an Iranian-American attorney and lobbyist who worked in the Department of Justice Antitrust Division in the first Donald Trump administration.
Since October 6, 2025, he has been the Chief Legal Officer of Paramount Skydance. During his tenure at Paramount Skydance, Delrahim oversaw a lobbying campaign to enable a Paramount takeover of Warner Bros. Discovery.
From 2017 to 2021, Delrahim served under President Donald Trump as Assistant Attorney General for the Department of Justice Antitrust Division.
