Mahapach

Mahapach (Hebrew: מהפך, "revolution" or "upheaval") refers to the political shift in Israel following the victory of Likud under Menachem Begin in the 1977 Israeli legislative election. The Mahapach ended the dominant party status of the Israeli Labor Party.
