Macrohon, officially the Municipality of Macrohon (Cebuano: Lungsod sa Macrohon; Tagalog: Bayan ng Macrohon), is a municipality in the province of Southern Leyte, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 27,276 people.
