Luthfur Rahman (Bengali: লুথফুর রহমান; born October 1976) is a British former local councillor, who served as the deputy leader of Manchester City Council from 2021 to 2024. In May 2008, he became the first person of Bangladeshi origin to be elected to Manchester City Council.
