Luke J. Lindberg is an American businessman and diplomat who has served as Under Secretary of Agriculture for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs in the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) since 2025. Previously, he founded, and served as president, and chief executive officer of South Dakota Trade, a public–private partnership that promotes international trade for the state.
