Luis Javier García Sanz (born 24 June 1978) is a Spanish former professional footballer who played as a winger.
He came up through the youth ranks of Barcelona before moving up to the senior team. He also played for Atlético Madrid in his homeland, amongst others. Over the course of eight seasons, he amassed a total of 150 appearances and 22 goals in La Liga. He first went abroad to Liverpool, with whom he won the UEFA Champions League in 2005 and the FA Cup in 2006.
A Spanish international, García earned 18 caps and represented the nation at the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
