Lubao, officially the Municipality of Lubao (Kapampangan: Balen ning Lubao; Filipino: Bayan ng Lubao), is a municipality in the province of Pampanga, Philippines. According to the 2024 census, it has a population of 190,355 people.

The town is known as the birthplace of Diosdado Macapagal, the 9th President of the Philippines.
